People visit the Philippines to enjoy the amazing beaches, go hiking, island hopping, and go exploring. As well as visiting the Philippines, people also want to relax and party at night. But what are the best party islands in the Philippines?
Boracay was a crazy party island in the Philippines. But since Boracay was closed in early 2018 and reopened at the end of 2018. It is no longer a party island. Leaving partygoers wondering what other islands have good nightlife in the Philippines.
Of course, those who want to enjoy amazing beaches won’t be disappointed. But the fact is that many people travel to explore, have fun, and party.

What Are The Best Party Islands In The Philippines?
I have carefully selected what I considered the best party islands for those planning a trip to the Philippines and looking to party. The list is as follows.
- El Nido on Palawan island.
- Cebu Island.
- Siargao Island.
- Panglao Island.
- Bantayan Island.
El Nido On Palawan island
El Nido is a small town on Palawan island. It is an awesome spot to party, and relax on the beach. Plus there is the island hopping and the beautiful scenery. Corong-Corong Beach is where the nightlife is in El Nido.
The reason El Nido is on the list is that it has its own version of the full moon party. It the similar to the full moon party in Thailand but not as crazy. It is free to enter and held every month.
The full moon party includes live bands and DJs as well as fire dancers and giant bonfires. If you’re not in El Nido during the full moon, there are plenty of beach parties and there’s always something going on.

Cebu Island
Cebu Island is famous for swimming with the whale sharks in Oslob and diving in Moalboal with the sardine run.
In Cebu City, there are all sorts of bars from clubs, live music bars, bikini bars, karaoke bars, pubs, and regular bars in and around Cebu City. And a lot of restaurants.
Cebu City does not offer much in terms of a beach. There are resorts in Cebu, particularly on Mactan Island but they will charge to use their facilities.
Or you can visit Tagbilaran on Bohol and then get a taxi to Panglao island. So you can spend the day on Alona Beach before going back to Cebu City.
There are a few ferry companies providing this service between Cebu City and Tagbilaran. The trip takes about 90 minutes.

Siargao
This island is home to surfing in the Philippines and is one of the top-ranked surfing spots in the world. This brings with it a good mix of people from all around the world, young and old, and has a very relaxed vibe.
At night there is always something going on from live music, beach parties, full moon parties, etc.
There are parties on the beach on Siargao island but they are more of a relaxed vibe than anything too crazy. The more wild parties are in the bars and at the pool parties.
Other than parties, the island prides itself as a top surfing spot, here are more things to do on Siargao island.
Panglao Island
You will find Panglao Island over in Bohol. It is a small island connected to Bohol by a bridge. In and around Panglao’s Alona Beach is where the nightlife is.
Panglao has been considered Boracay’s less-developed competitor but since Boracay island was closed and reopened it is no longer the crazy party island of the Philippines.
Alona Beach is small so it is a lot easier to meet and get chatting with fellow travelers. Bohol and Panglao are great places to go diving and there are good few dive bars along Alona Beach.
On the beach, you’ll find karaoke bars, live music bars, and the usual happy hour promotions and cocktails, so plenty is going on. During peak season it can get very busy and lively.
Bantayan Island
The Bantayan islands are quieter than the first 4 on the list. Bantayan Island has amazing beaches and friendly locals but I won’t classify it as a party island. And certainly not for the financially challenged.
Most of the nightlife on Bantayan Island is in Santa Fe. There’s a good range of bars and restaurants in Santa Fe but no clubs. There is a good mix of tourists and locals in the Karaoke Bars and the other bars around you might only find tourists.
Depending on where you’re staying on Bantayan, most resorts are only a short distance away from Santa Fe.
