You can fly into Krabi and then get a minibus to Koh Lanta. If visiting from Phuket or Koh Phi Phi ferries are going to Koh Lanta regularly.

You can fly into Yat Yai and then get a bus to Pak Barra. Then get the ferry or speedboat to Koh Lipe. You can get a ferry from Koh Lanta but this service is not available in the low season.
